Troubleshooting
My step data isn't syncing or entries are getting overwritten. What should I do?
- If you have downloaded our mobile app and are using an iPhone, please check to make sure your Apple Health data is not syncing to your Wondr app. If it is syncing, this will overwrite your Fitbit step data. The steps below outline how to turn off your Apple Health data from syncing to your account.
- On your iOS device, open up the Settings app.
- Search for the "Health" app (white square with a pink heart in the upper right) and click on it.
- Click on "Data Access & Devices".
- Click on "Wondr Health".
- Toggle the Steps and Weight categories to the OFF position
- After turning off Apple Health, feel free to use the these steps to refresh your Fitbit data.
- As a reminder, step data going forward will not sync in real time. Your steps from today will sync tomorrow.
- If after 24 hours you still do not see step data OR your Apple Health was already turned off, please contact our Member Care team for assistance.
My Fitbit device shows steps, why don't I see the steps on my Wondr program?
- Our integration with Fitbit is with your Fitbit account, not directly with your wearable device. This means if you have not synced your steps from your wearable device to your Fitbit account then you will not see the steps on Wondr. For example, if your wearable device says 100 steps but your Fitbit app says 0 steps, then Wondr will reflect 0 steps.
- To sync your steps from your Fitbit wearable device to your Fitbit account, simply open the Fitbit app on your phone to refresh the data. Please allow 24 hours for the newly updated data to sync to Wondr.
