Connecting Fitbit to your Wondr account

Introduction

Connecting your Fitbit to Wondr makes it easy to track your steps and weight automatically. You can link your device, view synced data, and manage your connection anytime from the web or mobile app.

How to connect your Fitbit

On Mobile App:

  1. Log in to the Wondr mobile app.
  2. Tap your Profile Picture (or initials) in the top left corner.
  3. Tap Link Devices.
  4. Tap the Link button next to the Fitbit logo.
  5. Follow the prompts to connect your device.

On Desktop/Browser:

  1. Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html.
  2. Click your Profile Picture (or initials) in the top right corner.
  3. Select Link Devices.
  4. Click the Link button next to the Fitbit logo.
  5. Follow the prompts to connect your device.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

1. When will my Fitbit data appear in Wondr?

  • Weight data syncs in real time.
  • Step data syncs with a 24-hour delay. Today’s steps will appear tomorrow.

2. Can I sync activity data from my FitBit?

  • Currently, Wondr only syncs steps and weight. Activity data must be added manually.

3. Can I retroactively sync Fitbit data?

  • Yes! After linking your device:
    • Go to the Progress page on the web.
    • Scroll down to the Steps chart
    • Click Refresh Fitbit Data to sync the last 30 days.

           Note: This feature is only available on the web, not in the mobile app.

4. Where can I view my step data?

  • On Mobile App:

    • Tap Progress, then tap the Steps tab to view your chart and log.
  • On Desktop/Browser:

    • To see an overview of your step data, go to the Progress page and scroll down to the Steps chart .
    • To view your step log and detailed entries, go to Progress, then click the Step Log.

 

How to unlink your Fitbit

On Desktop/Browser:

  • Log in to your Wondr account.
  • Click your Profile Picture (or initials) in the top right corner.
  • Select Link Devices.
  • Click the De-link button next to the Fitbit logo.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm.

Then:

  • Go to https://www.fitbit.com and log in.
  • Click the gear icon (top right) > Settings > Applications.
  • Find Wondr App by Wondr Health and click Revoke Access.

This fully disconnects your Fitbit from Wondr.

 

Troubleshooting

My FitBit step data isn’t syncing or is getting overwritten. What should I do?

If you're using an iPhone, Apple Health may be syncing and overwriting your Fitbit data.

To turn off Apple Health syncing:

  1. Open your iOS Settings.
  2. Search for the Health app.
  3. Tap Data Access & Devices > Wondr Health.
  4. Toggle Steps and Weight to OFF.

Then, (optionally) refresh your Fitbit data using the web browser to make sure your last 30 days of data are in sync with your Fitbit.

Going forward, remember, step data syncs with a 24-hour delay.

My Fitbit shows steps, but I don’t see them in Wondr. Why?

Wondr syncs with your Fitbit account, not directly with your device.

Make sure your wearable device has synced with the Fitbit app:

  • Open the Fitbit app on your phone to refresh your data.
  • Allow 24 hours for the updated steps to appear in Wondr.
