Tracking steps is one of the easiest ways to stay motivated and see just how far you’ve come—literally. Whether you’re logging steps on the Wondr website or mobile app, adding, editing, or deleting entries is quick, easy, and totally worth celebrating. 👟
Add Steps:
From the Home page:
- Scroll down to Tasks
Then:
- On web, click + Add Steps.
- On mobile, tap the arrow next to Track Steps.
From there:
- Add steps for today.
- To add steps for a previous day, change the Date selection.
- To update your daily step goal, tap the Pencil icon, enter your new goal, and tap Save.
- Tap Save to confirm your step entry.
View, edit, or delete steps:
On Mobile App:
- Tap Progress.
- Tap the Steps tab.
To edit or delete:
- Tap the Pencil icon next to the entry.
- Modify the value or tap Delete this entry to remove it.
On Desktop/Browser:
- Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/login.
- Click the Progress tab.
- Click the Step Log tab.
To edit:
- Click the Pencil icon next to the entry.
- Update the value and click Save.
To delete:
- Click the Trash can icon next to the entry.
- Click Delete to confirm.
