Syncing your Apple Watch or iOS Apple Health App with Wondr makes it easy to track your steps and weight automatically. You will need the Wondr app downloaded to your iOS device before you begin.
Steps to connect your Apple Watch
- Log in to the Wondr Health mobile app on your iOS device.
- Make sure you’re on the Home page.
- Tap your Profile Picture (or initials) to access your Account page.
- Tap Apps and Devices.
- Tap Open next to the Apple Health app.
- Tap Open again when prompted to open Apple Health.
- In the Apple Health app, tap your Profile Picture (or initials) in the top right corner.
- Tap Apps.
- Tap Wondr Health.
- Toggle the options for Weight and Steps ON to sync information from your Apple Health app and Apple Watch.
Good to Know
- Once connected, your Apple Watch data will sync automatically with Wondr.
- You can view your synced steps and weight in the Progress section of the Wondr app.
