Want to make sure you never miss an email from us? First, make sure you're checking the correct email box. It's possible you registered under a different email. Once you're sure which email address you registered with, add reply@hello.wondrhealth.com as a contact so our messages don’t go to spam. Here’s how:
Gmail:
- Open an email from Wondr.
- Hover over the sender name (Wondr) in the top left corner—a box will pop up.
- Click the icon of the person with a plus mark to add us as a contact.
Yahoo:
- Go to Mail Options > Filters and add a new filter.
- In the "From header:" rule, add reply@hello.wondrhealth.com.
- Choose "Inbox" as the folder.
Outlook (Mac):
- Open an email from Wondr.
- Select “Message” from the toolbar.
- Select “Sender” then “Add to contact.”
Outlook (PC):
- Open an email from Wondr.
- Click the “Junk” icon.
- Select “Never Block Senders Domain (@wondrhealth.com)” from the drop-down menu.
- Click “OK” on the pop-up.
Outlook.com:
- Open an email from Wondr.
- Click “I trust content from reply@hello.wondrhealth.com.”
If you haven’t received an email from Wondr yet:
- Check any other email accounts you may have used.
- Click the “Junk” icon on the Home tab.
- Click “Junk E-mail Options.”
- Go to the “Safe Senders” tab.
- Click “Add,” type @wondrhealth.com, and click “OK.”

- Double check the email address you registered with.
