How do I reset my password?

Reset with a Text Message

1. Open the Wondr Mobile App or go to https://www.wondrhealth.com/login.html
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address linked to your Wondr account
4. Choose the option to receive a reset code via text
5. Click the link in the text message you receive
6. Reset your password
7. Log in with your new password

Note: If you don’t receive a text message, you may be opted out of Wondr texts. Try resetting your password using email instead.

Reset with an Email

1. Open the Wondr Mobile App or go to https://www.wondrhealth.com/login.html
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address linked to your Wondr account
4. Choose the option to receive a reset code via email
5. Click the link in the email you receive
6. Reset your password
7. Log in with your new password

Tip: If you don’t see the reset email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or quarantine folders. Be sure you used the email address you registered with.
