How do I view and edit my weight progress?

Tracking your weight is a helpful way to see your progress throughout the Wondr Program. Whether you're using the website or mobile app, viewing your progress or updating a weight entry is simple and always available.

Edit a weight entry

On Mobile App:

  1. Log in to the Wondr mobile app.
  2. Tap Progress.
  3. Make sure you're on the Weight tab.
  4. Scroll down to History.
  5. Tap the Pencil icon next to the entry you want to edit.
  6. Enter your updated weight and tap Save.

On Desktop/Browser:

  1. Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/login.
  2. Click the Progress tab.
  3. Select Weight Log.
  4. Click the Pencil icon next to the entry you want to update.
  5. Enter your new weight and click Save.

 

View your overall weight progress

On Mobile App:

  1. Tap Progress.
  2. Make sure you're on the Weight tab.
  3. View the graph and adjust the timeframe in the top right corner as needed.

On Desktop/Browser:

  • From the Home Page:
    1. Scroll down to the Weight Progress graph.
    2. View your entries and adjust the timeframe at the top of the graph.
  • From the Progress Page:
    1. Click the Progress tab.
    2. View your entries and adjust the timeframe at the top of the graph.
