Tracking your weight is a helpful way to see your progress throughout the Wondr Program. Whether you're using the website or mobile app, viewing your progress or updating a weight entry is simple and always available.
Edit a weight entry
On Mobile App:
- Log in to the Wondr mobile app.
- Tap Progress.
- Make sure you're on the Weight tab.
- Scroll down to History.
- Tap the Pencil icon next to the entry you want to edit.
- Enter your updated weight and tap Save.
On Desktop/Browser:
- Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/login.
- Click the Progress tab.
- Select Weight Log.
- Click the Pencil icon next to the entry you want to update.
- Enter your new weight and click Save.
View your overall weight progress
On Mobile App:
- Tap Progress.
- Make sure you're on the Weight tab.
- View the graph and adjust the timeframe in the top right corner as needed.
On Desktop/Browser:
- From the Home Page:
- Scroll down to the Weight Progress graph.
- View your entries and adjust the timeframe at the top of the graph.
- From the Progress Page:
- Click the Progress tab.
- View your entries and adjust the timeframe at the top of the graph.
