If you are participating in Wondr through an employer, your employer may choose to send a scale as part of your program offering. Wondr sends two types of scales:
- a WiFi scale (the Withings Body), or
- a Cellular scale (the Withings Body Pro)
Follow the steps below to determine which device you received:
- Open the battery compartment on the back of the scale
- Remove the batteries
- The type of scale should be visible above the product and safety standards images (highlighted below)
