Your Withings Body scale lets you choose how your weight is displayed—whether in pounds (lb), kilograms (kg), or stones (stlb). You can update this setting directly on the scale in just a few seconds.
Change the weight unit

Turn the scale over and press the button on the bottom once to wake it up.
The weight unit menu will appear. -
Press the button again to scroll through the available units:
- lb (pounds)
- kg (kilograms)
- stlb (stones and pounds)

When your preferred unit is displayed, stop pressing the button.
✅ A checkmark will appear confirming your selection.
