My Enrollment Was Declined or Marked Not Eligible—What Now?

We’re sorry to hear your enrollment didn’t go through. Let’s walk through why that might have happened and how we can help you get back on track.

Common Reason for Declined Enrollment or Not Eligible Messaging

The most frequent reason is insurance verification. If your group requires active medical insurance and we couldn’t verify your coverage, it may be due to a typo—especially in your member or group number.

✅ Tip: Double-check for mix-ups like using the letter “O” instead of the number “0.”

We may be able to manually verify your coverage and approve your enrollment.

What We’ll Need to Help Verify Insurance Coverage

To verify your insurance, please send us:

  • Your full name
  • Member and group numbers
  • Date of birth
  • A photo of your insurance card (optional but helpful)

Other Reasons Your Enrollment May Be Declined

  • You’re currently pregnant
  • You’re being treated for an eating disorder
  • Your BMI is below the recommended range for weight loss

Employer-Specific Criteria that Impact Eligibility

If you’re enrolling through an employer or health plan, additional eligibility rules may apply, such as:

  • Employment status
  • BMI or risk factors for Metabolic Syndrome
  • Limited number of spots available

To check your group’s criteria:

  • Visit your employer’s enrollment page
  • Scroll to Eligibility and click the + sign to view details
