My employer or health plan is offering Wondr, how do I sign up?

Welcome! If your employer or health plan is offering Wondr, signing up is simple and stress-free. We’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Enrolling Through Your Employer or Health Plan

  1. First time users can not sign up in the Wondr app. You will need to create an account before you can use the Wondr mobile app.
  2. Use the unique Wondr link provided in your program announcement email or flyer. This link includes a keyword unique to your group. If you have a QR code, simply scan it with your phone camera. 
  3. Click the Get Started button to begin.
  4. Enter the email address you’d like to use for your account and click Next.
    • If you've been through the program before, use the same email and your information will pre-fill for faster enrollment!
  5. Create a password and click Next.
  6. Complete all questions and submit your enrollment.
