Put the Wondr during meal skills into practice with our 10-5-10 Mindful Meal Timer. This feature allows you to log details about your meal, or simply use the timer. The Wondr mobile app makes it easy.
Note: This feature is not available on web.
Option 1: Log a meal using the Mindful Meal Timer
- On the Home page, tap Mindful Meal Timer.
- Select your hunger level.
- Tap Next to continue with a full meal entry, or tap Skip to Timer to go straight to the timer.
If you continue with your meal entry:
- Describe your meal and add a photo (optional).
- Tap Next.
If you continue with the timer:
- Use the toggle below the timer to turn sound on or off.
- Tap Start.
- When finished, tap Let’s Stop, I’m Full Now.
- Answer the after-meal questions.
- Tap Finish to save your entry.
Option 2: Log a meal without using the timer
- Tap Progress on the bottom menu.
- Tap Meal Log at the top.
- Tap + Add Meal.
- Enter your meal details and tap Finish.
