How do I end or cancel my account?

We’re sorry to see you go, and we appreciate your feedback. If you’d like to cancel your Wondr account, here’s how to do it:

Note before you cancel:

• Once your cancellation is complete, you won’t be able to log in or access any program materials.
• We’d love to hear from you! If you’re willing, please share what made you decide to leave so we can keep improving.

If your account is employer or health plan-sponsored:

1. Click here to submit your request to our Member Care team.
2. Please include:
   • Your first and last name
   • The email address you used to register
   • And one of the following:
     • your mailing address,
     • date of birth, or
     • phone number on the account
3. This information helps us verify and process your cancellation securely.

If you pay for the program yourself:

On the mobile app:

1. Log in to the Wondr app.
2. Tap your profile picture (or initials) at the top left.
3. Tap Cancel Membership under the Help section.
4. Tap Confirm.

On the web:

1. Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html.
2. Click your profile picture (or initials) icon.
3. Click Profile.
4. Scroll to Manage Subscription.
5. Click Cancel Membership.
6. Click Confirm.
