If you would like to cancel your Wondr account, please note that once your cancellation is complete, you will no longer have access to any program materials and will no longer be able to log into your account.
Cancelling an Employee Sponsored Account
If you are participating in the Wondr program through an employee sponsored program, please follow the steps below to reach out to our Member Care Team to process your request:
- Click here to submit your request to our Member Care team
- Please include:
- Your First and Last Name
- The Email Address you used to register for the program
- And any ONE of the following
- Your Mailing Address
- Your Date of Birth
- The Phone number on the account
The information you provide will be used to verify the correct account is being cancelled.
Cancelling a Self Pay Account
If you are paying for the program on your own, please follow these steps to cancel your account from within your program dashboard.
Mobile App
- Log into the Wondr mobile app.
- Click your Profile Picture (or your initials) on the top left.
- Click Cancel Membership under the Help section.
- Click Confirm.
Desktop/Browser
- Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html.
- Click on your Profile Picture (or your initials) icon.
- Click Profile.
- Scroll down to the Manage Subscription section.
- Click Cancel Membership.
- Click Confirm.
