How to find Explore:
On the Wondr App:
- Log in to the Wondr app.
- Tap Explore in the bottom navigation.
- Choose from Featured, Saved, or Library. Tap Library to see all content.
- Use the search bar to find resources by keyword.
On Desktop/Browser:
- Go to https://www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html and log in.
- Click on Explore in the top navigation.
- Browse sections like Activity, Menopause, Gut Health, Stress, Guidebook Resources, and more.
- Use the search bar to find resources by keyword.
How to bookmark videos:
- Click into a resource and tap Save to add it to your Saved section
