Why do I see an insurance claim or EOB for Wondr after joining the program?

If your program cost is covered by insurance via your health plan or employer, you may see an insurance claim or Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

Why is my insurance being charged for Wondr?

  • Your employer or insurance carrier chose to cover Wondr at 100%. You’ll never have an out-of-pocket cost for the program.

What does “covered” by insurance mean?

  • Your insurance pays for all program costs related to your enrollment and participation.

Why did I receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB)?

  • An EOB explains how your insurance processed the claim for Wondr. You are not responsible for payment. Your EOB should state “this is not a bill”— it’s just for your records. If it says “you may owe,” this is not a charge.

Why does my EOB say “Not Paid” or “Denied”?

  • Not to worry— Wondr Health will resolve any claims issues, and you may continue in your program.

Why does my claim mention NS412 or Naturally Slim?

  • Wondr Health rebranded from Naturally Slim (NS) in May 2021. Some insurance communications may still reference the former name, but it’s the same program.
