*Due to staffing shortages at shipping companies nationwide, water bottle delivery may be delayed depending on staffing in your area.
1.) If you did not receive your water bottle, please check your information in your account to make sure we have your most recent shipping address.
To check your shipping address, click on your picture if you have uploaded one, other wise, your initials, in the top right corner of your home page. Click Edit Profile and scroll down to see your shipping address. If your address in incorrect you can edit it here. **If you change your address please let us know by submitting a Help Request asking for us to ship a water bottle to your updated address. Click HERE to submit a request
2.) You can track the shipping of your water bottle by clicking HERE The link will let you log in, then X out of weight entry and you will land on your Profile. Scroll down to Shipping & Tracking. Click on H2Orange Water Bottle.
3.) If you tracked the shipment of your water bottle and it has not moved for several days please contact us.
