I didn't get my welcome kit

*Due to winter conditions impacting shipping companies in multiple states, kit delivery may be delayed. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for delivery. You may begin your program before your kit arrives. If you would like to download the online workbook to begin your program before your kit arrives,  using a browser, click Learning, then click Program Overview. Week 1 is purple and clicking it will open the workbook. You can print it if you wish. 

 

1.) If you did not receive your welcome kit. Please check your information in your account to make sure we have your most recent shipping address.

To check your shipping address, click on your picture if you have uploaded one, other wise, your initials, in the top right corner of your home page. Click Edit Profile and scroll down to see your shipping address. If your address in incorrect you can edit it here. **Please note: our system does not automatically trigger a welcome kit being sent to you upon updating your address. If you change your address please let us know by submitting a Help Request asking for us to ship a kit to your updated address. Click HERE to submit a request 

 

2.) You can track the movement of your welcome kit using the tracking number that we provided to you after signing up. This email would have been sent to the address provided upon signing up. 

 

3.) If you tracked the shipment on your kit and it has not moved for several days please contact us.

 

***Please note: The welcome kit is not introduced until the 2nd week of the program, if you are approaching the 2nd week of the program and have not received your welcome kit please contact us
