I see the message, 'You Made It!'. Where are my new videos/program?

If you log in and see the message, "You Made It" and the videos are locked or not available,  you have logged in using a previous username and are accessing a previous program (last year perhaps?) that has expired. If you enrolled again recently, you must have used a different username which sets up a new account.

To see your new account, you will need to use your most recent username. Your new username is  included in the Welcome email we sent on Day 1 of your new program. 

 

If you need help retrieving your current username and/or password, you can use the Forgot Username and Forgot Password options on the login page, here: www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html

Our system will send you an email with your username. Make sure to check the date the username was set up. That date should be the same date you most recently enrolled.
