I see the message, 'You Made It!'. Where are my new videos?

If you have taken our program before then applied for a new program, log in and see the message, "You Made It" letting you know that you have not video access, you have logged in using a previous username and are accessing a previous program that began more than 52 weeks ago. 

 

To see your new account, you will need to use your most recent username. This username in included in your Welcome email.

 

If you need help retrieving your username or password, you can use the Forgot Username and Forgot Password options on the login page, here: www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html
