How do I log activity in the mobile app?

There are two options for accessing this feature:

 

From the Home page:

  1. Tap Track Activity on the Daily Tasks menu

From the Progress page:

  1. Tap the Progress icon progressOFF.png on the bottom menu
  2. Tap Activity on the top menu
  3. Tap the Add an Activity button

Next:

  1. Tap Activity Type and select your activity type from the list/dropdown and tap Change Activity Type to save
  2. If your activity is not one of the available options, select Custom and type in your activity type—custom types will be saved in the dropdown next time you log an activity

  3. If desired, tap Date and Time to adjust the day and time of the activity, then tap Change the Date and Time to save
  4. Tap Duration and scroll to select how many minutes you spent engaged in the activity, then tap Change the Duration to save
  5. Tap Save
