How do I complete my weekly check-in in the mobile app?

  1. Upon logging in the first time of each new program week, you will be prompted to complete your weekly check-in

  2. Tap Log Weight at the bottom of the pop-up
  3. Input today’s weight and tap Save – you will then be returned to the pop-up screen

  4. Next, tap Check Skills at the bottom of the pop-up
  5. Tap on your answer for each of the 9 questions - you will then be returned to the pop-up screen

  6. Next, tap Set a Goal at the bottom of the pop-up
  7. Tap on one of the pre-populated goals, or tap Custom Pledge to set your own
  8. If applicable, type in your custom pledge and tap Finish

  9. You will then receive a pop-up letting you know that your check-in is complete

If you are unable to complete the weekly check-in when initially prompted, you can complete it later by following the steps below:

  1. Scroll down to Weekly Tasks on the Home page
  2. Tap Check Skills and follow the instructions above
  3. Next, tap Set a Weekly Goal and follow the instructions above
  4. Tap Track Weight from the Daily Tasks or by tapping on the Progress icon progressOFF.png and follow the instructions above
