- Upon logging in the first time of each new program week, you will be prompted to complete your weekly check-in
- Tap Log Weight at the bottom of the pop-up
- Input today’s weight and tap Save – you will then be returned to the pop-up screen
- Next, tap Check Skills at the bottom of the pop-up
- Tap on your answer for each of the 9 questions - you will then be returned to the pop-up screen
- Next, tap Set a Goal at the bottom of the pop-up
- Tap on one of the pre-populated goals, or tap Custom Pledge to set your own
- If applicable, type in your custom pledge and tap Finish
- You will then receive a pop-up letting you know that your check-in is complete
If you are unable to complete the weekly check-in when initially prompted, you can complete it later by following the steps below:
- Scroll down to Weekly Tasks on the Home page
- Tap Check Skills and follow the instructions above
- Next, tap Set a Weekly Goal and follow the instructions above
- Tap Track Weight from the Daily Tasks or by tapping on the Progress icon
