If you are seeing a program status of "Duplicate" then you likely submitted a duplicate application for the program, creating another account in the system. Follow the steps below to log in to your primary account.
- Click the Log Out button
- Enter in the Username for your primary account
- Enter in the Password for that account
What if I do not know my primary account Username?
- Use the "Recover Username" link on the log in page to identify your username
Note: Remember that your account marked as "Duplicate" has a different email address than your Primary Account. Please try another email address on the Recover Username page to find the correct account
