If you are seeing a program status of "Duplicate" you have submitted more than 1 enrollment (each with a different username) for the same program. This creates more than 1 account in the system. Follow the steps below to log in to your active account.
- Click the Log Out button
- Enter in the Username for your active account (Look for this in the Welcome email for your new program)
- Enter in the Password for that account
What if I do not know my primary account Username?
- Use the "Forgot Username" link on the log in page to identify your username
Note: Remember that your account marked as "Duplicate" has a different email address than your Active Account. Please try another email address on the Forgot Username page to find the correct information.
A typo in entering an email address on an enrollment can set up a new account and make it very hard to log in. If you have trouble retrieving your username and need assistance please submit a Help Request by clicking HERE and a customer service agent can help you get started. If you suspect there might be a typo on your enrollment, let us know. We can correct it and help get you started.
For security, we will need your name, your mailing address and either date of birth or the phone number on your enrollment to verify ownership of your account.
