Am I required to have lab work once I enroll in Wondr Advanced?

If you qualify for weight-loss medication, you are required to first complete an onboarding checklist, which includes submitting lab work and insurance information, completing a detailed health history, and verifying personal information. Participants may provide lab work from the last 12 months or get new lab work that includes a full-panel blood test (A1C, cholesterol, liver functions, thyroid, etc.) as well as blood pressure and heart rate. Our clinical staff—all certified American Board of Obesity Medicine physicians—use this information in the first visit.

Subsequent lab tests depend on the participant’s specific weight-loss experience but generally are required annually.

Participants get their lab work at a facility covered by their health insurance plan. Quest Diagnostics is one example of a laboratory facility
