How do I access the 10-5-10/Mindful Meal Timer in the mobile app?

  1. On the Home page, tap Mindful Meal Timer
  2. Select your Hunger Level - you may either continue filling out a full meal entry by tapping Next or you can tap Skip to Timer

If you continue with your meal entry:

  1. Describe your meal and add a photo (optional)
  2. Tap Next

To continue with the timer:

  1. If you wish to turn the timer sound on or off, tap the toggle below the timer
  2. Tap Start
  3. When finished, tap Let’s Stop, I’m Full Now to end the timer
  4. Answer the after-meal questions
  5. Tap Finish to save your entry
