If you log in expecting to see Week 1 of our program and you are seeing another week as the current week, you must have a previous account that you are logging into.
You have set up a a new account with a new username and probably password on your most recent enrollment but your computer is sending the log in credentials (username &/or password) for your previous account.
Please ensure that you're using the login (username & password) credentials that you created on your most recent enrollment.
You can use the Forgot Username &/or Forgot Password links to help on our log in page https://login.wondrhealth.com/Login.html. If you have more than 1 account, you will get usernames for each one. Check the date the username was set up and use the most recent to log into your most recent account.
