Your Welcome Kit includes:
Popcorn and Chips - You will use these in an eating exercise in Week 2 of the program.
Measuring Tape - In addition to losing weight, you will likely lose inches. We hope you will take your measurements before you begin and keep track of your improvement as you go through the program so you will be encouraged by your progress.
Wondr Guidebook - You can use the guidebook to accompany the video lessons and the rest of the online experience.
Reminder Bracelet - Wear it or keep it in sight, perhaps put it on your favorite water bottle, to help you remember to apply the Wondr skills you will be learning over the next several weeks.
