If you were able to choose the date that your account began when you enrolled, we can reset the timeline of your account. If you are participating in a group class with a deadline to enroll and a specific date that your account activated that you did not choose, we can not adjust the timeline.
To reset your account, we need to know your name, mailing address and the email address associated with your account. We also need to know what date that you would like your account to reset.
If you took our program in a prior year, we might suggest that you re-enroll rather than reset. We can explain the options when you reach out asking about a reset.
