Self cancel is only available to our RETAIL participants. If you are a self paying participant, you can cancel your membership and payment plan by following the steps below.
Note: Self Cancel is not available for participants that signed up through an employer or the insurance provided by an employer. You will need to submit a request to our Help Team asking to cancel an employer sponsored program. Click HERE to submit a request to cancel your account.
To end a Retail account,
- Log in at https://www.wondrhealth.com/Login.html.
- Click on your Profile Picture (or your initials) icon.
- Click Profile.
- Scroll down to the Manage Subscription section.
- Click Cancel Membership.
- Click Confirm.
Once you confirm your cancellation, you will no longer have access to any program materials and will no longer be able to log into your account.
If you do not see this option on your dashboard but would like to cancel your membership, send us a request here and one of our team members will process your cancellation.
