Wondr's Eating Behavior Survey helps us personalize the content in your program to address your unique eating challenges. It also provides you helpful and empowering information for your weight loss and well-being journey.
Here are the steps to view the survey if you wish to.
1. Log in
2. Click on your initials at the top right using a browser (the survey is not visible on the app)
3. Look for Profile and click
4. Scroll down to Surveys
5. Click on View Details for the survey you wish to view
A pop up will show you the details
If you wish to retake the survey or view your responses to the questions of the survey, scroll to the very bottom of the Pop up. You should see these words,
Hold on, I don't agree with these results.
Click that and you can go through the survey by using the Previous Button to go back through the questions.
